I study how credit and housing prices move together — and what that means for macroeconomic stability. My work sits at the intersection of financial intermediation, property markets, and expectations: how lenders form beliefs about future house prices, how those beliefs shape lending behaviour, and how the resulting cycles ripple through the wider economy.

I have taught undergraduate economics at the University of Delhi since 2006, across Intermediate Microeconomics, Money and Financial Markets, Financial Economics, and Research Methodology. I currently serve as President of the Institution's Innovation Council at Maitreyi College and as Nodal Officer for the National Innovation and Startup Policy, and I authored the college's own Institutional Innovation and Startup Policy, approved at the national level by the Ministry of Education.

A regular meditation practice has sharpened my focus and resilience as much as any econometric method has — I bring the same attention to a credit cycle as to a breath cycle.
